Individual and group therapy provides a safe place for people to explore what is going on in their life. I believe that it is important to develop skills to help with the here and now. We will also work on challenging core beliefs that have developed since you were young that impact your ability to function in your day to day life. Therapy is a joint effort between client and therapists, you are the most important person on this journey!

Intuitive Eating and Body Acceptance Group
Virtual 10 week group on Wednesdays at 6pm EST. Starting October 9th. We will be reviewing the 10 principles of Intuitive Eating and incorporating Body Acceptance concepts into each lesson. The goal of the group is to learn a different way to view your relationship with food and your body.
